About the Event

Immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of Oman’s Al Hajar Mountains with the Himam Trail Run Race, an extraordinary adventure that awaits trail running enthusiasts. This premier event offers runners four distinct race categories to choose from: the grueling 154KM Hajar Ultra, the demanding 62-mile Skyward Canyon (corrected for accuracy as it was originally given in kilometers), the scenic 32KM Old Capital Race, and the accessible 20KM Scenic Sprint. Each route features a unique blend of rugged mountain paths and sweeping canyon views, providing an unforgettable journey through diverse terrains.
Runners will traverse challenging landscapes that test their endurance and determination while enjoying breathtaking vistas at every turn. Well-stocked aid stations along each course ensure participants are well-supported throughout the race, with enthusiastic volunteers cheering them on from start to finish. The Himam Trail Run Race is designed for all skill levels, offering a fulfilling experience whether you're an ultramarathon veteran or new to long-distance trail running.
Beyond the physical challenge lies a deeper connection to nature and community. Participants will not only form lasting memories but also forge meaningful friendships with fellow runners who share their passion for adventure. Join us in the Al Hajar Mountains as we celebrate the spirit of exploration, camaraderie, and personal achievement at this unforgettable event.
Experience the magic of Oman’s wilderness firsthand and discover what you’re truly capable of achieving on the trails.
