Ey up Its Baltic in Bridlington

About the Event

Nestled along the Yorkshire coast, the Sewerby to Bridlington Coastal Run offers participants an invigorating journey through some of England's most scenic seaside terrain. Starting near the cliffs behind The Ship Inn in Sewerby, runners are greeted with panoramic views as they set off on a flat and navigable course that hugs the coastline.
The route takes you along coastal paths lined with wildflowers and rugged cliffs before transitioning to the paved promenade through Bridlington. This transition allows for easy running while showcasing the vibrant charm of the seaside town, complete with its bustling harbor and historic landmarks. As runners make their way back towards Sewerby, they are treated to a second round of breathtaking coastal vistas.
Fully marshalled and clearly marked, this well-organized event ensures that participants can focus on enjoying the scenery rather than worrying about navigation or safety. Feed and drink stations are strategically placed along the route, offering essential hydration and energy boosts without requiring runners to carry their own supplies. Participants are encouraged to bring a reusable cup or bottle for sustainability.
With options catering to various skill levels and goals, from shorter distances to longer endurance challenges, this race is designed to accommodate both casual joggers and seasoned trail runners alike. The event's Trail Running Association approval underscores its commitment to quality and safety standards in the running community.
Join us at Sewerby to Bridlington Coastal Run for an unforgettable day of coastal exploration and athletic achievement.
