Etape Bornholm 2027

Etape Bornholm returns for its 28th edition, cementing itself as Denmark's premier stage racing event. Spanning five days from Monday to Friday, this marathon challenges runners with daily evening starts at 6:00 PM, except on the final day when it begins at 6:15 PM. The race offers a range of categories tailored for different age groups and abilities.
Youth participants aged between 0-17 can compete in three stages—Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday—with each stage covering half-marathon distances. For younger children (ages 0-14), the event includes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with quarter-marathon routes. A new addition this year is a category for veterans aged 60 and older who run on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in half-marathon segments.
Competitors can now register individually or join teams of five to experience the camaraderie and competition that Etape Bornholm offers. The event's scenic route through Bornholm Island promises stunning coastal views and varied terrain, making it a memorable challenge for runners of all levels.
