Corrida Quintinaise

On December 12, 2026, the Saint Brandan-Quintin Football Club will host the second edition of the Corrida de Quintin, an exciting running event that caters to runners and families alike. The race takes place in the heart of Quintin, offering a scenic course through the town's central streets.
The main races include two challenging distances: a 5-kilometer run and a longer 9.9-kilometer route. Both courses wind their way around three large loops within the city center, providing runners with an up-close look at Quintin’s charming architecture and lively atmosphere. The shorter distance covers one small loop followed by a larger circuit.
For younger participants, there's also a dedicated "Corrida Des Petits" event for children of various age groups, ranging from babies to young athletes under 12 years old. Distances vary depending on the child’s category: from short sprints for toddlers up to longer runs designed for older kids.
Registration is limited with approximately 500 spots available for each distance and a total cap of about 800 runners across both races, ensuring an intimate race experience. Participants must present a valid PPS (Prevention Path) certificate by the day of the event in order to compete; no other medical certificates or licenses are accepted.
The festivities kick off at 3 PM with the children's races and continue into the evening with the adult events starting at 6 PM for the 5-kilometer race, followed by the longer course beginning at 7:15 PM. Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each event.
