BougeBouge Verdun 2027 | Marathon & demi-marathon

Experience the vibrant Weekend de la BougeBouge Verdun Marathon and Half-Marathon on September 12, 2027. The event offers distances ranging from 1km to 42.2km, catering to runners of all levels. Enjoy the cooler weather in September as you tackle a picturesque course certified by the Fédération québécoise d’athlétisme, which includes qualification opportunities for the Boston Marathon.
The day kicks off at 6:30 AM with packet pickup and an energetic warm-up event featuring a mobile DJ on bicycle. Participants can also look forward to live music from Verdun's Wind Orchestra Brass Ensemble throughout the morning, adding a festive atmosphere to your run or walk.
Join in the MEGA Zumba session led by Daisy for some fun-filled exercise before heading out onto the course loops that wind through Verdun’s charming streets and parks. The marathon (42.2km) and half-marathon (21.1km) start at 7:30 AM, followed by shorter races starting from 9:45 AM.
After crossing the finish line, enjoy live music performances, circus acts with Folikan, dance sessions with ACP Brisas del Norte, and massage therapy stations to help you relax and recover. The event concludes with award ceremonies recognizing top male and female runners in various categories, celebrating your achievements on this memorable day in Verdun.
