Backyard Ultra barjots 2027

Step into the fifth edition of Backyard Ultra Barjots on April 24, 2027, nestled within the charming commune of Chatonnay in Isère. This race is one of the official events featured in the international Big's backyard Ultra calendar.
The event challenges runners with a rigorous loop course measuring exactly 6.706 kilometers, which must be completed in under an hour. Competitors start each new lap precisely on the hour, provided they finish their current lap within that timeframe and make it back to the starting line for the next departure. Failure to meet these conditions results in elimination.
Set against a backdrop of scenic Isère landscapes, Backyard Ultra Barjots offers runners a unique blend of endurance testing and strategic pacing. The race atmosphere is electric with every runner pushing their limits as they strive to stay on course through each hour-long interval.
