Alssundløbet 2027 (Motion)

Cycle enthusiasts are invited to the scenic coastal town of Sønderborg on August 22, 2027, for Alssundløbet. The event features three challenging distances: 35km, 75km, and a grueling 125km route through picturesque Danish countryside.
Participants will gather at Kontor Syd in Elholm to start the race simultaneously at 9:00 AM. Cyclists can enjoy chip timing throughout the course for accurate results. The event is designed as an open field with leaders setting the pace until reaching designated checkpoints, after which riders are free to cycle at their own speed.
The well-marked routes wind through scenic landscapes and offer clear signage along the way. For added safety, BMW Marshalls will patrol the entire route on motorcycles. Cyclists can download detailed maps for their cycling computers from the official website to navigate smoothly.
Registration is available online via sportstiming.dk or at the event venue. Riders are encouraged to enjoy a morning meal in the race cafe before the start, with refreshments and ringrider hot dogs provided after crossing the finish line back at Kontor Syd.
