2026 Our Towne Bethlehem Turkey Trot-5k

The Towne Bethlehem Turkey Trot is an annual tradition that brings the community together on the Thursday before Thanksgiving. This festive race offers runners of all ages and abilities a chance to participate in a fun-filled morning with family and friends.
Starting at 9:00 AM, participants can choose between two distances: a 5K run or a one-mile walk. The scenic route takes you through the charming streets of historic Bethlehem, featuring iconic landmarks such as Main Street, where shops are adorned for the holiday season, and the picturesque Moravian College campus.
The race begins at Central Moravian Church, with runners making their way past quaint storefronts, colorful fall foliage, and local eateries. The course is designed to be spectator-friendly, allowing residents and visitors alike to cheer on participants as they pass by.
After crossing the finish line, racers are invited to enjoy a post-race celebration in the church's courtyard. Here, you can refuel with turkey sandwiches, hot beverages, and other Thanksgiving treats while mingling with fellow runners and volunteers. Live music adds to the festive atmosphere, creating an uplifting environment for everyone involved.
The Towne Bethlehem Turkey Trot is more than just a race; it’s a celebration of community spirit and gratitude during one of the most cherished times of year.
This event not only promotes health and fitness but also strengthens bonds within the local community. It's a perfect way to kick off your Thanksgiving weekend with exercise, camaraderie, and holiday cheer.
