Christopher Dailey 5k Turkey Trot

The Christopher Dailey Foundation invites runners to participate in its annual race on November 26, 2026. This USATF-certified course (NY22015JG) offers both an in-person and virtual option for participants who wish to contribute to a meaningful cause.
For those choosing the in-person experience, registration closes at 8 PM on Wednesday, November 26th, with no race day sign-ups available. The event starts promptly at 8:30 AM, allowing runners to enjoy the scenic route through vibrant neighborhoods and parks. Packet pickup is mandatory for all participants; however, please note that backpacks are not permitted inside the building.
Teams of friends and family members can register together for a fun-filled experience without any competitive awards—just camaraderie and support along the way. A special Family Discount Rate offers 2 adults and 2 kids (under 14) a flat fee of $110 until November 16th, increasing to $125 thereafter. Additional registrants in the same cart will be charged at the regular rate.
Virtual participants have from Friday, November 20th through Sunday, November 29th to complete their 5K run or walk anywhere they choose—whether it's outdoors on a trail or indoors on a treadmill. Results can be submitted via the registrant’s portal linked in confirmation emails.
Shirts are available for both virtual and in-person participants. Virtual runners have the option of picking up their shirt at packet pickup or having it mailed to them by selecting this choice during registration or updating their entry through the Registrant Portal before November 12th. There is a $10 fee for shipping and handling if choosing mail delivery.
