2026 Moak Trail Run

Experience the beauty of Moaksan's natural landscapes at the Wanju County Trail Running Race on December 5, 2026. Organized by Samsam Is and hosted by the Wanju Sports Council, this race offers two challenging distances: a scenic 23K route through winding trails with a five-hour cut-off time, and a more compact but equally thrilling 10K course that concludes in just over two hours. Both races start at the Korean Traditional Wine Museum, immersing runners in a blend of cultural heritage and breathtaking scenery from the outset. The event promises stunning views of Moaksan's rugged terrain as participants navigate through varied elevations and lush vegetation. Top male and female finishers in each distance will be awarded prizes based on gun time. Registration fees are KRW 60,000 for the longer course and KRW 40,000 for the shorter one, with ITRA points available for the 23K race. Check-in opens at 6:00 a.m., allowing ample time to prepare before the start at 8:00 a.m. Further details about event gifts will be announced closer to the date.
