Participants can pick up their bibs in advance or opt for morning-of collection. To accommodate the growing number of attendees, there are additional opportunities to collect your race packet at various Frontrunners sessions leading up to the event:
- Tuesday, February 9th: Princess Park Fitness Station
- Wednesday, February 10th: The Pillars of Wisdom at The Tan
- Thursday, February 11th: Footscray Wharf

On race day, make use of the bag drop service to store your belongings securely while you focus on enjoying the run. Along the route, water stations will be available at key points including The Pillars of Wisdom and near Anderson Street, ensuring hydration throughout your journey.
The event's accessibility is a priority; wheelchair users or those needing assistance are encouraged to contact organizers in advance so that they can provide tailored support for an inclusive experience.
