Gran Fondo Lake Huron

Gran Fondo Lake Huron is more than just a cycling event—it’s a chance to make a real difference in your community while enjoying the stunning scenery of Southampton and Port Elgin, Ontario. On Saturday, August 15, 2026, cyclists of all levels can choose from scenic routes ranging from 30 km to 75 km, plus a new 50 km option for the perfect challenge. Families are also welcome with the 1 km Kids Ride on Sunday, offering a fun, safe way for the little ones to join the weekend’s festivities. Every pedal stroke fuels vital medical equipment for the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation, meaning 100% of rider-raised funds go directly to supporting life-saving healthcare initiatives. From honoring loved ones to giving back to the community, each ride carries purpose and impact. The weekend isn’t just about cycling: enjoy a lively Saturday night street party with local music, food, and drinks, all while connecting with fellow riders and supporters. Volunteers are at the heart of this event, helping make it seamless and memorable, with perks like a free t-shirt, lunch, and after-ride picnic. Whether you’re chasing a personal cycling goal, riding for fun, or helping support your local hospital, Gran Fondo Lake Huron offers an inspiring, unforgettable weekend of activity, community, and giving back.
