WRCC 2 Day Tour

Gather your road bikes for the return of one of cycling's most anticipated events, set to take place on March 13, 2027. The race returns to Gladstone School, where cyclists will experience both familiar and challenging routes over two days.
On Saturday morning, competitors kick off with an Individual Time Trial (ITT) along Longbush Road for a distance of 8 kilometers. This short but intense segment sets the tone early in the day as riders navigate the out-and-back course starting at 9 am sharp.
The afternoon brings a Graded Road Race (GRR), where A, B, and C grades will complete two laps around the 30-kilometer Gladstone-Millars loop. Meanwhile, D, E, F, Junior, and Tandem riders tackle one lap of this scenic circuit, starting at approximately 12:30 pm.
The following day, Sunday, sees a more extensive GRR for A, B, and C grades who will cover the iconic Gladstone-Martinborough-Millars loop over 104 kilometers. D, E, F, Junior, and Tandem riders face a shorter yet equally demanding route of 57 kilometers.
The race hub at Gladstone School offers all necessary registration points and facilities for both days, ensuring a smooth experience for participants. With limited spots available in each grade (maximum of 20 per group), early entry is recommended to secure your place in this thrilling event organized by Wellington Road Cycling Club.
