CORRIDA VIRADOURO - 2027

For 80 years, the Samba School Viradouro has paraded down Rio's Avenues, carrying dreams, emotions, and the strength of an entire community. Now, for the first time, this energy is taking to the streets of Niterói in a unique way. The Corrida Viradouro invites you to experience the spirit that drives this iconic school beyond its Carnival parades on January 10th, 2027.
Participants can choose from three distances: a 3KM walk and two runs at either 5KM or 10KM. Each kilometer will be a tribute to those who have contributed to Viradouro's legacy, with every step celebrating the school’s rich history and passion. The race promises an immersive experience that blends athletic competition with cultural pride.
Groups, companies, and running clubs can enjoy special conditions by contacting Vegasports at [email protected] or via WhatsApp on (11) 98884-6442 for more information. PCD athletes must select the appropriate category during registration and submit required documents including a medical report with CID code and photo ID.
Seniors over 60 years old can benefit from a 50% discount off non-promotional entry fees in the ECO kit package, subject to availability. This offer is not cumulative with other discounts or promotional prices.
Join this historic celebration of Viradouro’s enduring legacy on January 10th and be part of another memorable chapter for this beloved Samba School.
