About the Event

Since its inception in 2003 by the Jeune Chambre of Lavaux, the Run Through Lutry has evolved into an unparalleled urban trail experience known today as the Urbantrail des Singes. Originally organized to raise funds for a good cause and later taken over by Tri Team Lutry before becoming part of the Association de la Course des Singes in 2015, this event has become synonymous with unique terrain challenges and a warm, festive atmosphere. The XTL stands out as Europe's only trail race held within a vineyard, offering runners diverse terrains that range from flat paths to steep hillsides covered in grapevines. Participants can enjoy the scenic beauty of Lavaux while navigating through various distances, catering to all levels of runners from 1 kilometer up to an impressive 50 kilometers. This event continues to support organizations dedicated to children's welfare and remains a beloved community tradition on May 29, 2027.
Despite its growing popularity over the years, the Urbantrail des Singes has maintained its core values of inclusivity and charity, welcoming runners from all backgrounds to join in this special day.
