Virgulino Run 10 Milhas 2027

On January 10, 2027, runners and walkers of all ages are invited to participate in the vibrant race day that celebrates fitness and community spirit. The event features two running distances: a challenging 5 Milhas (8.1 km) course for those aged 14 years and older, and an even more demanding 10 Milhas (16.2 km) route open only to participants who are at least 18 years old.
The race courses wind through scenic routes with lively support from enthusiastic spectators along the way. Participants can expect well-stocked hydration stations, medical aid points, and a warm-up area for stretching before the start time. For those seeking more than just physical activity, there's an engaging show to watch and an inviting kids' play zone where young ones can enjoy themselves while their parents run or walk.
The event also includes a 3 km walking distance that welcomes participants of all ages with medals upon completion but no competitive prizes awarded. Runners in the longer distances will compete for trophies and brags across various age categories, from teens to seniors over 70 years old. A special note goes out to those aged 60 and above who can enjoy a substantial discount on their entry fees by contacting the organizers via WhatsApp.
The race day promises not just competition but also camaraderie and celebration with a complimentary breakfast served before the start of the event, ensuring everyone is fueled up for an energetic morning. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a memorable sports day filled with fun activities and inspiring moments in January's cool air.
