Nova Cor Trail Run

On December 13, 2026, the Nova Cor Trail Run invites runners to explore an exciting and unique trail course near the Kard Museum in Vitória da Conquista-Ba. Participants can choose from three distinct distances: a short but challenging 7 km route, a scenic 14 km trek through varied terrain, or the full marathon experience of 21 kilometers.
The race takes place in a tropical climate that ranges from humid to semi-arid with cooler temperatures, offering runners an unforgettable journey through lush caatinga vegetation. The shorter routes provide glimpses into this biodiverse landscape while the longer course offers deeper immersion and more challenging terrain.
To participate, all competitors must bring 2 kilograms of non-perishable food items on the day they collect their race kits. Runners will enjoy fresh fruits like bananas, apples, and watermelon along both the route and at the finish line for a refreshing boost during this rewarding event.
Each participant receives an array of high-quality gear including a moisture-wicking shirt, a fleece jacket in yet-to-be-announced colors, arm sleeves, bandanas, race numbers with timing chips, and medals upon completion. Additionally, all finishers will receive certificates commemorating their achievement.
Registration is now open at affordable prices: $99.90 for the first 100 registrants across all distances, increasing to $129.90 by September 1st, and up to $149.90 thereafter. Note that these fees do not include platform transaction charges.
Competitors have seven days from their registration date to request a refund if they cannot participate due to unforeseen circumstances. Beyond this period, there are no refunds or transfers allowed except for passing on the entry to another runner while registrations remain open.
Awards will be given to both male and female runners in five categories across all three distances at the finish line ceremony. Additionally, special awards recognize top performers within age groups from 18-70+ years old for the 14 km and 21 km routes. A trophy is also awarded to the team with the highest number of participants.
This event promises an engaging experience in a vibrant setting that will leave runners inspired by its natural beauty and community spirit.
