About the event
Join Willow Running and the DeRuyter Volunteer Fire Department for the 46th Annual Tromptown Half Marathon & 5K, set to take place on August 7, 2027. This year's race offers a unique twist with the addition of the DeRuyter DuAthlon, combining a 5K run, a kayak paddle through scenic waterways, and another 5K run for an unforgettable adventure experience. Both the Half Marathon and 5K courses wind through picturesque Mechanic Street in historic De Ruyter, NY, offering runners breathtaking views of rolling hills and charming local scenery. Finishers will receive commemorative medals, while DuAthlon participants can look forward to a custom finisher poster celebrating their achievement. For more details on packet pickup and the race day schedule, visit Willow Running's event page or follow them on Facebook for updates leading up to the exciting race day.
