The event features a scenic 3-mile loop that winds in and out of lush vineyards, allowing participants to appreciate various grape varieties up close while enjoying breathtaking views. Runners aged 21 and over will have the opportunity to savor three complimentary wine tastings at the finish line, along with special discounts on additional purchases from the winery’s extensive selection. For those who prefer non-alcoholic options or are running alongside younger family members, a variety of refreshments will be available for everyone. The race concludes around 9:30 AM, leaving ample time—approximately ninety minutes—for private wine tasting and relaxation in one of San Diego County's most serene settings. Food truck vendors will also be on site to serve breakfast items from early morning until late. The event kicks off at 7:15 AM with registration opening for the diverse range of distances offered: a challenging 9-mile course, an intermediate 6-mile option, and the scenic yet manageable 3-mile loop starting at 8:00 AM. A special treat awaits families as children can participate in the Kids Dash around 9:30 AM. Awards will be presented to overall winners shortly after the race concludes, adding a competitive edge for those looking to excel.
