Trail La Carolus

Experience the Trail de Heilly, an inclusive and lively sporting event featuring 5km, 10km, and 17km races on May 9, 2027. The trail winds through scenic paths around Heilly, offering runners a mix of terrain that challenges both beginners and seasoned athletes alike. Alongside the adult races is a children's race with on-site registration starting at 9:30 AM for kids who wish to join in the fun.
The event also includes a family-friendly march beginning at 10:35 AM, where participants can contribute freely to support "Grandir sans Cancer." A dedicated childcare service will be available from 10:00 AM until noon, accommodating up to 30 children. Parents interested in this service must pre-register via Klikego for a fee of €5 (children aged three and above).
Race packets are distributed at the Grand Canal park starting at 8:30 AM on race day or can be picked up from Foulée Boves store between 2 PM and 7 PM the previous evening. The races kick off with the longest distance, the 17km run, followed by the 10km and 5km events.
After crossing the finish line, runners will enjoy a well-deserved refreshment station offering both solid food and beverages, including a celebratory beer for every participant. Medals are awarded to the top three male and female winners in each race category, while all participants receive commemorative gifts upon packet pickup.
The event is not only about competition but also community engagement; be sure to bring an extra pair of shoes for post-race activities that cater to both adults and children. Stay connected with the latest updates by following their Facebook page.
