About the Event

Join us on December 6, 2026, for an exciting morning of sport and community at the heart of Castin in Gers. Trail Et Cartable offers something unique for runners and walkers alike, all while supporting a noble cause.
The event features four engaging categories designed to cater to different levels of experience:
- Trail Discovery: An 8.5 km route through scenic trails that introduce newcomers to trail running.

- Grand Trail: A more challenging 17 km trek suitable for experienced runners looking to push their limits and explore the beautiful countryside around Castin.
- Relay Race: Teams can compete in a relay format over the same 17 km course, fostering teamwork and camaraderie among participants.
- Walkers' Route: An accessible 8.5 km walk that provides an enjoyable experience for those who prefer to take things at their own pace while still enjoying the outdoors.
For the competitive spirit, there’s also a special challenge: The Best Lap Award will be given to the fastest runners on select sections of the course.
All proceeds from this event will go directly towards supporting local school projects in Castin. Whether you're running solo or bringing along your family and friends, everyone is welcome at Trail Et Cartable!
