On November 22, 2026, the Trail des Mingeux de Maguettes returns to Givenchy-en-Gohelle, bringing together runners of all levels for an exciting day of trail running. Organized by the Triathlon Club of Liévin with support from the commune of Givenchy-en-Gohelle, this event offers a variety of courses catering to different interests and abilities. The main attraction is the TMM 25km course, which kicks off at 9:30 AM for those who signed up before or in 2007. This challenging route winds through scenic trails and rural landscapes around Givenchy-en-Gohelle, offering runners a true taste of local terrain. For participants registered from 2011 onwards, the TMM 9.5km course starts at 9:40 AM, providing a shorter but equally picturesque experience. The day continues with an intermediate option for those who signed up between 2009 and 2011, as the TMM 17km course begins at 10:15 AM. This route offers a balance of distance and scenery, perfect for runners looking to test their endurance on varied terrain. For families and casual participants, there's also the La Ronde du Village event starting at 10:30 AM. At just 3 kilometers long, it provides an easy-going loop around Givenchy-en-Gohelle that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Adding to the fun are two shorter courses designed specifically for younger runners or those who prefer a quick dash through the trails. The La Canadienne course, which covers one kilometer, starts at 9:45 AM for participants registered between 2016 and 2020. Following closely behind is the Maguette event, a short sprint of just 200 meters that begins at 10h00 for those who signed up from 2021 to 2024. Participants can pick up their race numbers on Saturday, November 21st, between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM or on Sunday morning until one hour before the start of each event at Givenchy-en-Gohelle's sports hall located on Rue de la Chapelle. It is important to note that no registrations will be accepted on-site. The Trail des Mingeux de Maguettes promises a day filled with running, camaraderie and scenic beauty in the heart of Northern France.
