Trail de la Voie Romaine de Pierre Buffière

The twelfth edition of the Trail de la Voie Romaine is set to take place on October 19, 2025, with the race starting at 7:00 AM. Packet pickup will be available from 6:00 AM onwards on site. As always, runners are invited to enjoy a friendly and festive atmosphere around the well-stocked aid stations featuring local delicacies.
This year, participants have three exciting new routes to choose from:
The TimGroup course kicks off at 7:00 AM with a challenging 42-kilometer trek that includes an elevation gain of 1000 meters. This route is perfect for seasoned runners looking for a rigorous test of endurance and skill.
Following shortly after, the Delta Industrie race begins at 8:30 AM, offering a slightly less daunting but still demanding course covering 26 kilometers with an ascent of 650 meters. Ideal for those seeking a solid challenge without pushing their limits too far beyond reach.
Finally, rounding out the day’s events is the U Express run which starts promptly at 9:00 AM and covers a scenic 10-kilometer course with just over 250 meters of elevation gain. This shorter option provides an excellent opportunity for runners to enjoy the beauty of the trail without committing to longer distances.
Each route offers unique terrain, stunning scenery, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow athletes at lively aid stations along the way.
Whether you're a seasoned veteran or a first-time participant, there’s sure to be something that suits your pace and preferences on this memorable day in the heart of the Roman Trail.
