This multi-discipline adventure invites participants to traverse gravel roads, singletrack paths, and forested routes that wind through picturesque landscapes steeped in historical significance. The event offers a variety of options for all levels of experience – from leisurely hikes on well-marked trails to more challenging off-road sections designed specifically for trail runners and mountain bikers. Whether you choose the runner’s route or opt for two wheels, each path reveals hidden gems such as old stone bridges, rustic barns, and serene meadows. The terrain is diverse, featuring undulating hills that provide both a challenge and stunning vistas of rolling countryside. Participants can look forward to navigating through lush greenery, crossing babbling brooks, and ascending into areas where the air feels crisp and clean. For those who prefer cycling, VTT (mountain biking) and VAE (electric-assisted bikes) routes offer an exhilarating mix of technical sections and smoother stretches that showcase the area’s rich heritage.
