Trail de la foret de Lenfant

Nestled in the heart of the Lenfant Forest, the Trail de la Forêt de Lenfant offers runners three scenic routes: 5 km, 12 km, and 20 km. The course winds through lush trails and natural paths, immersing participants in a serene woodland setting. On April 11, 2027, racers will gather at the stade for an early morning start; those tackling the longer distances set off at 9:30 AM, while the 5 km runners depart just fifteen minutes later.
The event's atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with plenty of support from fellow competitors. For endurance athletes on the longest route, three well-stocked aid stations are strategically placed along the way—at 5 km, 9 km, and 14 km—to ensure they have all the essentials to push through to the finish line. Similarly, a single aid station is available for those running the 12-kilometer course at the 5-km mark.
Participants should bring reusable cups as part of the event's commitment to sustainability. The race concludes with refreshments and camaraderie at the finish area, where runners can celebrate their achievements in style.
Experience the beauty and tranquility of Lenfant Forest while challenging yourself on one of these picturesque trails.
