Tiroler Silberpfad Trophy 2027

On September 18, 2027, trail runners will converge upon Schwaz's historic old town to tackle the Tiroler Silberpfad Trophy. This annual race offers four distinct distances that cater to all levels of experience and ambition: TST 11K, TST 23K, TST 42K, and TST 86K.
The event kicks off in Schwaz's charming old town with staggered start times for each distance. The shortest yet intense course is the TST 11K, which begins at 10:30 AM from the Parish Church Maria Himmelfahrt square. With an elevation gain of 600 meters over a challenging and varied terrain, it's perfect for those who favor speed.
For more seasoned runners looking to push their limits, the TST 23K (starting at 9:30 AM) offers 1,300 meters of ascent across rugged trails. This distance showcases the best of the region in a compact and demanding route that tests endurance and technical skills alike.
The TST 42K starts early at 8:30 AM from Schwaz's heart, leading runners over Kogelmoos to Proxenstand with panoramic views of the Inn Valley and Tuxer Alps. This course returns via Loassattel back into town by late afternoon, rewarding participants with breathtaking scenery.
For those daring enough for an epic adventure, the ultra-distance TST 86K (starting at dawn at 4:00 AM) offers around 3,500 meters of elevation gain over a long but manageable route. This journey through Tyrolean mountains is ideal for first-time ultramarathoners or seasoned trail runners seeking an unforgettable experience.
Each course promises stunning alpine vistas and technical challenges that will test both body and mind. Runners should register early as spots are limited, ensuring they secure their place in this breathtaking race.
Participants must confirm their physical fitness and training adequacy upon registration due to the inherent risks involved. The event's organizers do not take responsibility for personal injury or property damage during participation.
See you on the trails of Schwaz – if you dare!
