Timber Trails 2027

Timber Trails 2027 invites runners of all levels to explore the scenic countryside near Bromsgrove on Sunday, March 14, 2027. The race begins at Sanders Park and follows a challenging yet picturesque route through rolling hills and dense woodlands for 6.5 miles. Participants will navigate stiles, kissing gates, muddy trails, and steep banks while enjoying the natural beauty of Bromsgrove's countryside.
The course is primarily off-road with brief sections on quiet country lanes around Timberhonger Lane. Arrows and marshals guide runners through a loop that offers stunning views and testing terrain. Free parking is available at Sanders Park or in nearby fields, making it easy for participants to arrive early and enjoy the atmosphere before the race.
Registration opens at 8:00 AM with a short briefing starting at 9:15 AM ahead of the 9:30 AM start time. All finishers will receive an official medal and their times will be posted online within two days after the event. Trail shoes are recommended due to muddy sections, but runners can check weather forecasts for better preparation.
Bringing your own hydration is encouraged as waste reduction efforts aim to minimize litter along the route. Dogs on leads are welcome, though handlers must ensure they stay under control and away from livestock throughout the course. Toilets are located near Sanders Park's cafe, approximately 600 meters from the start/finish area.
Join Timber Trails for a rewarding challenge amidst nature’s splendor in March 2027.
