The course winds along a picturesque stretch of The River Thames, featuring well-maintained paths with some grass sections. Runners can enjoy stunning views as they navigate through this scenic route that is fully marked for easy navigation. Participants are encouraged to wear road shoes suitable for year-round conditions.

Upon completing 3km, all participants will earn a themed finisher's medal, with distance-specific pins available for those who complete half-marathon distances or longer. A variety of goody bags are provided to all finishers, including vegan options upon request at the time of entry.
Aid stations stocked with drinks and snacks await runners throughout their journey along The River Thames, offering essential hydration and energy boosts. For special occasions such as milestone marathons or half-marathons, participants can notify us in advance for a personalized number plate commemorating the achievement.
Participants are reminded to leave any valuable items securely stored at home or use the designated bag drop area provided but unattended throughout the event. Headphones are permitted during the race to enhance your experience as you enjoy this unique and scenic run along one of London’s most iconic waterways.
