The minimum requirement is a 3km lap, while longer distances like half marathons (14 laps), marathons (29 laps), and ultra runs are also achievable.
The well-marked course features mostly paved paths with some grass sections that can be comfortably managed in regular running shoes year-round. Aid stations at the start/finish area offer a variety of refreshments, including savory snacks, fruits, cheeses, and vegan options to keep you fueled throughout your run.
Participants will receive daily medals and event pins upon completion, with additional distance-specific pins for those who complete half-marathons or longer distances. A goody bag filled with treats is also provided at the finish line to celebrate each day's achievements.
Additional amenities include a secure area to leave personal items near the start/finish zone, although valuables should be kept close by due to limited supervision. The event venue features toilets but no changing facilities; however, ample space within the restrooms allows for quick changes if needed.
Parking is available at Bridge Street Car Park in Staines (TW18 4TP), ensuring easy access to the starting point of your adventure along the River Thames.
