Join us for the second day of our Easter 10 in 10 series, an inclusive and welcoming event that caters to all abilities. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, everyone is invited to participate on Saturday, March 27, 2027. The race begins at 9am from The Last Hop located at Unit 2, Thames Edge Court, Clarence Street in Staines (TW18 4SU). Members of the running community can enjoy a discounted entry fee of £10 less than the full price. Additionally, members receive guaranteed event entry and collectible mini-me medal pins for each race they complete. This is a Time Challenge event where you have up to seven hours to cover as much distance as you wish on a scenic 7km loop along the River Thames. The course features well-maintained paths with some grass sections that are suitable year-round in road shoes. Younger runners will find turn points at both 3k and 5k marks, ensuring compliance with UK Athletics age restrictions. Participants can choose to run one lap for a minimum distance of 4.37 miles or up to seven laps or more if you're aiming for ultra distances. The course is fully signed, making navigation straightforward even for first-timers. Upon completion of at least 3km, runners receive an exclusive themed medal celebrating their achievement. For those who run half-marathon distance or beyond, additional pins are available such as Half-Marathon, Mega-Half, Marathon, Ultra and the challenging 50km option. A generous goody bag awaits all finishers with a selection of treats to enjoy post-race. Vegan options are also provided for participants with dietary preferences. The aid station near the start/finish line offers an array of drinks, snacks including crisps, cheese, fruit, and cookies, with vegan-friendly choices available too. For those celebrating milestones such as their 50th marathon or half-marathon, we offer personalized number plates to commemorate your achievement during this event. The Last Hop venue provides toilets but no changing facilities; however, the downstairs restroom area is spacious enough for on-site changes if needed. Parking can be found at Bridge Street Car Park in Staines (TW18 4TP). Race day instructions and details will be sent via email a week before the race date. Number pick-up takes place on site prior to the start time. Remember, headphones are permitted but please maintain consideration for fellow path users as this event is held on public footpaths.
