About the Event

The 5K Foam Fest arrives on Vancouver Island on Saturday, 30 May 2026 at 8:00 AM PDT at Laketown Ranch Music & Recreation Park in Lake Cowichan, British Columbia, Canada. This is the world's #1 fun run — an all‑ages, all‑abilities obstacle course featuring over 25 obstacles including the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Walk it, run it, charge it, fun it — all obstacles are optional.

Kids information:

Ages 7–12 must run with a registered adult
Ages 13–17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow all rules
6 years and under can join the FREE Kids Fun Zone (mini inflatable obstacle course + bounce house, adult supervision required)
Legal guardian must sign waiver for any participant under 18

Schedule & logistics:

First wave at 8:00 AM, then every 15 minutes until 2:00 PM
Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors, and beer garden
Camping available 29 May 2026: $75 per site (up to 4 adults or 2 adults + 3 children under 12). 20x34' site for RV, trailer, or tent. First come, first served. No dogs/pets. No glass bottles. Quiet time at 2:00 AM. Checkout by 5:00 PM on 30 May.
Parking: $20/vehicle upon arrival

Promoter program: earn $5–$15 per ticket. Share your unique promoter link on social media or with friends/family. Example: Louis W shared with his union and earned $1,500.

Lake Cowichan is a town located near the eastern end of Cowichan Lake and, by highway, is a little over one hour northwest of Victoria, British Columbia. The town of Lake Cowichan was incorporated in 1944 and serves as the focal point of the Cowichan Lake Area, home to the indigenous c̓uubaʕsaʔtx̣ people.
