TELETHON - HENT MELEN

Join the vibrant world of Quimper for the Hent Melen (Yellow Path) on December 5, 2026. This special night run and walk is part of Téléthon 2026, celebrating its 40th national edition in style.
The event features two exciting options: a running race starting at 18:00 from Place Saint-Corentin and a walking route that begins just fifteen minutes later. Both courses are illuminated by the city's festive lights, winding through Quimper’s historic heart before heading out along the recently opened Voie Verte towards Pluguffan.
Participants will enjoy an enchanting evening as they run or walk past well-known landmarks like the cathedral and charming narrow streets adorned with twinkling decorations. The route continues into Penhars via a scenic greenway, offering breathtaking views under the moonlight before returning to Place Saint-Corentin along the same path.
There are no race numbers or rankings here; it's all about embracing the spirit of solidarity through sport in this unique nocturnal adventure. All participants must wear yellow attire provided at registration to mark their involvement and support for a great cause.
Upon crossing the finish line, runners will be greeted with warm hospitality and refreshments on Place Saint-Corentin. This event is open to everyone who wants to experience an unforgettable blend of physical activity, community spirit, and festive ambiance in Quimper’s heartwarming setting.
