The event welcomes all paces and ages (those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian), making it accessible to everyone who wants to enjoy running without the stress. There are no cumbersome gear requirements, just you, your chosen route, and friendly coordinators cheering from start to finish.
Timing is entirely optional; if you wish to track your performance, use any app of your choice—Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run—and submit it via our online form for recognition. For those who prefer a more relaxed approach, coordinators can assist with timing as well.
Upon registration, participants receive an array of benefits including a running T-shirt (shipped directly to you in the U.S.), a finisher's medal, and access to virtual training resources ahead of your run date. Additionally, there’s an invitation extended to join one of our local running clubs to continue fostering connections within the community.
Wave times are scheduled for 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, and 8:30 AM on race day, with coordinators remaining onsite until three hours post-wave start. Your swag will arrive at your doorstep a week before the event date, ensuring you have everything needed to make this run memorable.
Virtual runners also benefit from our inclusive approach; they receive digital training packs designed for flexibility and convenience. Submit your results through email, and claim your medal alongside those who joined us on-site.
