The event kicks off in the farmyard with a warm-up session starting at 10:45am before the official race start at 11:00am on May 22nd, 2027. The route weaves through Trenchmore Farm’s picturesque landscapes, offering runners an immersive journey filled with stunning views and unexpected surprises.
Begin your run in Silly Moo orchard, where a gentle loop sets the tone for the day ahead. As you leave behind the orchard's tranquility, winding trails across open fields await, framed by rolling hills and vibrant meadows. The path then guides you into shaded woodland paths, alive with rustling leaves and bird songs. Finally, classic farm tracks provide panoramic views of the surrounding land as you near the finish line.
Along this diverse route, keep your eyes peeled for grazing cows, fluttering birds, and perhaps even a deer or two. Each section offers unique terrain challenges, including uneven ground that requires careful footing but adds to the adventure's charm.
After crossing back into the farmyard at 12:00pm, the real celebration begins with food stalls serving up delicious wagyu burgers and veggie options from 3Bros. DJ Danny will be spinning tunes all afternoon, creating a lively atmosphere perfect for unwinding after your run or arriving later to join in.
Registration opens early on race day at 9:45am, giving participants ample time to explore the farmyard before their adventure begins. The event is designed with inclusivity in mind—walkers are welcome and under-15s must be accompanied by a guardian aged over 20. Dogs can join too if temperatures stay below 20°C.
