Winter's chill gives way to the spirit of camaraderie and competition as runners gather at Showa Memorial Park for an inclusive full marathon on January 10, 2027. Whether you're part of a dedicated team or prefer a more relaxed pace, this event offers something for everyone. Teams can range from just one member up to ten participants, providing flexibility in how you engage with the race. From young students to seasoned athletes, all are welcome to form teams that suit their preferences and skill levels. For those who wish to run solo, both full marathon and half marathon categories are available at affordable rates. For younger runners aged 6 years old and under, a special Kids Run category ensures there's fun for everyone involved in the event. With scenic routes through Showa Memorial Park, participants will enjoy running amidst lush greenery and vibrant winter landscapes. Registration fees vary based on age group and race distance: - Full Marathon Relay: ¥5,500 (¥4,000 without T-shirt) for high school students and above; ¥4,000 (¥2,500 without T-shirt) for elementary and middle school students. - Solo Full Marathon: ¥7,500 (¥6,000 without T-shirt) - Solo Half Marathon: ¥6,500 (¥5,000 without T-shirt) - Kids Run: Participation fee only at ¥1,000 Join us for a memorable day of running and community spirit in Showa Memorial Park.
