Salmon Falls 50K

On February 27, 2027, the Salmon Falls race series welcomes runners to explore its scenic trails with two exciting distance options: a challenging 10K and an invigorating 5K. Both races start from Folsom Point and finish at Browns Ravine, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
The 10K begins promptly at 10:00 AM, while the shorter but equally rewarding 5K starts just ten minutes later at 10:10 AM. Runners will enjoy a complimentary shuttle service from the finish line back to Browns Ravine, leaving sharp at 9:15 AM.
The course features diverse terrain and breathtaking scenery along Salmon Falls Ranch trails. The race route has been permanently updated since levee construction necessitated changes in 2025, ensuring runners experience an enhanced trail network that includes new sections of the ranch's extensive pathways.
All finishers will receive a locally crafted finisher medal, while 50K and half marathon participants can secure custom quarter-zip pullovers by registering before January 27. The race also supports Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF), contributing to vital research for type 1 diabetes.
Participants are encouraged to visit the official website at www.salmonfalls50k.com for up-to-date information and registration details, ensuring they don't miss out on exclusive updates and volunteer opportunities leading up to race day.
