Run Together Against Breast Cancer MEMPHIS

Join the Fight: Breast Cancer Run on February 27, 2027! Lace up and make a difference as part of this annual event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for those affected by breast cancer. The race offers a warm, community-oriented atmosphere that fosters inspiration and hope.
Participants can choose from various distances including the 5K, 10K, half-marathon, or opt for the virtual run option if they prefer to complete their distance on their own schedule. Each wave is capped at a manageable number of runners to ensure everyone feels like an integral part of the community rather than just another participant in a large crowd.
The event welcomes all paces and ages (under 18 with guardian accompaniment) and encourages participants to run, walk, or jog according to their comfort levels. There's no need for race gear; simply enjoy the course while coordinators cheer you on throughout your journey.
Timing is optional—participants can track their own results using apps like Strava or RunKeeper and submit them through an easy online form provided by organizers. Alternatively, if preferred, a coordinator will be available to assist with timing at no additional cost.
Each registrant receives a swag bag that includes:
- A running T-shirt (shipped directly to your U.S. address)
- A finisher's medal
- Virtual training run details sent via email one month before the race
- Online results and certificate of completion
In addition, participants are invited to join local running clubs to maintain their fitness momentum post-race.
Registration spots fill up quickly for each wave:
Wave A: 7:30 AM
Wave B: 8:00 AM
Wave C: 8:30 AM
Those signing up at the last minute (within two weeks of race day) should be aware that their T-shirt may arrive after the event. However, this does not prevent them from participating and enjoying the run.
Course maps and detailed information will be sent to participants via email by Wednesday before the race date.
For those who prefer flexibility, a virtual run option is available with a digital training pack provided for guidance. Results can be submitted post-run to claim your medal.
