Run For The Vets 2026

Join the Run For The Vets on November 7, 2026, to pay tribute to veterans through running or walking with friends and family. This year's event features an easy 5K course along the local bike/walking path that starts at Sevier Valley Center parking lot and loops around a war memorial in the cemetery before returning to the start line. For those seeking more challenge, there’s also a scenic 10K trail run starting from the same spot, with sections of rocky uphill trails, gravel roads, and paved paths. The kids' mile offers an out-and-back route for young participants. Registration on race day is available between 9:30 am and 10:30 am, followed by a moving start that includes the national anthem before launching into all races simultaneously. Entry fees are $25 per person or $20 each for families of four or more. The first 90 participants will receive unisex t-shirts along with bibs, wristbands, and finisher medals. Refreshments such as hot chocolate, doughnuts, water, and fruit await at the finish line to celebrate your accomplishment.
