Pregame Kids Field Run (Arizona State)

On Halloween morning, young runners will have the unique opportunity to lace up their shoes and hit the track at the Brigham Young University (BYU) stadium. The Cougar Kids Run is designed for children aged 4-12 who are excited about getting an early start on game day festivities.
The race takes place in a vibrant atmosphere filled with cheers from fellow participants, parents, and spectators alike. As they run around or along the famous BYU field, young athletes will experience firsthand what it's like to compete at such an iconic venue before the big football match begins later that evening.
Participants can choose between two distances tailored specifically for younger racers: a fun 50-meter dash for those just learning their running legs and a more challenging but still kid-friendly quarter-mile loop. Both options offer exciting finishes with plenty of encouragement from supporters lining the course.
In addition to the thrill of racing on university grounds, all runners will receive special Halloween-themed medals upon completion of their chosen distance. This event promises not only physical activity but also fun activities such as face painting and photo opportunities that capture this memorable moment in a young athlete's life.
