Run For Change 2027

About the Event

On May 13, 2027, runners of all levels are invited to participate in the Suicide Zero Run, an inspiring event dedicated to reducing suicide rates. With approximately 1,500 lives lost annually due to self-harm—equivalent to four people every day—the race aims to raise awareness and funds for vital research, education, and advocacy efforts.
The run offers three different categories: a competitive 5K and 10K with timed races and numbered bibs; and an untimed fun walk of 3 kilometers. All proceeds from the event go directly towards Suicide Zero's important initiatives without any deductions or fees. Participants can enjoy water stations along the route, serving up refreshments like juice and water to keep them hydrated throughout their run.
The day culminates with a finish line celebration where all runners are treated to drinks and snacks in recognition of their contribution. The top three male and female athletes in both timed races will be awarded prizes at the conclusion ceremony.
Registration opens on-site at 5:00 PM, followed by the mass start for all participants at 6:30 PM sharp. As part of Suicide Zero's commitment to community engagement, event photography is used for promotional purposes; if you prefer not to have your image captured during the race, please inform organizers ahead of time.
