About the Event

Experience the thrill of running on the historic grounds of Dorney Lake, the heart of London's Olympic rowing legacy. Nestled near the picturesque village of Dorney in Buckinghamshire, this purpose-built venue offers a serene and flat course ideal for personal bests over 5k, 10k, or half marathon distances.
On June 12, 2027, runners will start at 9:10 am across all race categories. The Half Marathon route features four laps around the lake with U-turn points on each lap, while the terrain remains consistently flat and road-based throughout. For a shorter but equally scenic experience, the 10k course includes two laps along the same picturesque path.
The 5k distance offers runners one loop of the meticulously maintained grounds, providing ample opportunity to soak in the stunning views of Dorney Lake. With minimal elevation changes for all distances—ranging from just 8 meters for the 5k up to 27 meters for the half marathon—the course is designed for speed and efficiency.
Join us at Dorney Lake on this special day and immerse yourself in a race that blends athletic challenge with scenic beauty, making it an unforgettable event.
