About the Event

This year, the organizers are introducing four distinct trail running events at a scenic location within a zoo. The longest and most challenging route is the Alpaca Challenge, spanning 33 kilometers, which can be tackled either individually or as part of a relay team. Participants will also have the option to take on the Terres Sauvages course, covering 18 kilometers through rugged terrain.
For those seeking something more manageable but still exhilarating, there’s La Ronde des Vautours, a 12-kilometer trail that offers stunning views and less demanding conditions compared to its longer counterparts. Additionally, runners can enjoy the family-friendly Le Défi des Martinets, a non-timed 7-kilometer route suitable for all levels.
To ensure an eco-conscious approach throughout the race, there will be no disposable cups at any of the aid stations; instead, participants are encouraged to bring their own hydration systems. The event allows runners to enter the zoo early via shuttle service and warm up in designated areas within 20 minutes before each start time. WEFIT.CLUB from Loroux Bottereau offers group stretching sessions right before every race begins.
