Road2Rotterdam - 20km

On January 9, 2027, the Vughtse Sportclub Prins Hendrik, alongside Goladzo, presents an inaugural training run to prepare for the Rotterdam Marathon. This particular session covers a distance of 20 kilometers and starts at 9:30 AM from the athletics track on Sportlaan 1 in Vught.
Participants will experience guided runs through varied terrain under the supervision of pace setters and cyclists moving between 4.30 to 6.30 minutes per kilometer. Every five kilometers, runners can quench their thirst at hydration stations along the route.
The picturesque surroundings of Vught offer a serene backdrop for this training event, making it an ideal setting for those looking to build endurance in a scenic environment. After completing the run, all participants are invited to enjoy a bowl of homemade vegetarian soup served on-site.
Registration is available through inschrijven.nl up until January 7, 2027, with late registration possible at the Clubhouse on Sportlaan 1 from 8:30 AM on race day. The entry fee for this session stands at €7.50 per person and can be paid by pin card only.
This event is designed to cater specifically to runners who are capable of completing a minimum distance of 20 kilometers within two hours, ensuring that all participants will have an enjoyable yet challenging experience as they prepare for the upcoming Rotterdam Marathon.
