Reindeer Run

Hastings Runners invites you to participate in the Reindeer Run! This festive 4-mile trail run offers runners an exhilarating journey through undulating woodland and fields, promising a challenging yet rewarding experience. Known for its muddy terrain and seasonal charm, this race is not just about speed but also embracing the spirit of adventure.
The event takes place on December 19, 2026, at The Pett Village Hall in Pett. Competitors will be treated to scenic views as they navigate through varied landscapes that include rolling hills and lush greenery. With a focus on fun and camaraderie, prizes are awarded for the first male and female finishers, as well as best dressed runners.
Participants can park and change at The Pett Village Hall before heading out onto the course. The race is fully marked with clear signage and marshals to ensure safety throughout the run. Every participant will receive a Christmas-themed medal upon crossing the finish line, celebrating their achievement in style.
Post-race festivities include tea and cake served back at The Pett Village Hall, providing runners with an opportunity to relax and socialize after the event. Registration begins at 9:30 am on race day, leading up to the start time of 10:30 am sharp. With a limited entry cap of 200 people, early registration is recommended for those wishing to secure their spot.
