Rathcoffey GAA 10k & 5k 2027

On February 6, 2027, runners will gather at Rathcoffey GAA for the Annual Rathcoffey GAA 10k & 5K Fun Run Road Race. The race kicks off with a sharp start time of 11:00 AM for the 10k and follows closely with the 5k starting at 11:05 AM. Participants can look forward to an AAI-measured course that winds through the scenic roads around Rathcoffey, offering runners a mix of challenging terrain before finishing back at the GAA grounds.
The event features cash prizes for top finishers in both categories: €100 each for first place male and female in the 10k race; second place receives €50 while third gets €30. For the 5K, competitors can win up to €50 for first place, followed by €30 for second, and €20 for third.
All participants will receive a medal at the finish line, with t-shirts available exclusively to those who register online before January 5th (limited to the first 500 registrants). Free parking is provided on-site at Rathcoffey GAA, along with a convenient bag drop area. Post-race refreshments including soup, sandwiches, tea, and coffee will be served in the hall for all participants.
Join us for an exciting day of running amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Rathcoffey GAA.
