**Do you HAVE to race in a costume to participate? No, of course not...but you will not get any tricks or treats 😃 

Full HYROX Simulation

Race the full HYROX simulation using official equipment including CENTR wall balls, sandbags, and sleds. Practice your race strategy and experience the electric energy. Sign up solo or with a doubles partner.

The FULL HYROX SIM Workout:

*1,000 Meter Run before each station

• Ski Erg – 1000 Meters
• Sled Push - 50 Meters
• Sled Pull – 50 Meters
• Burpee Broad Jump - 80 Meters
• Rower – 1000 Meters
• Farmer Carry – 200 Meters
• Sandbag Lunges – 100 Meters
• Wall Balls – 100 reps

Event Details

Wave Start Format:

• Choose your start time during registration
• Arrive at least 30 minutes early for course walkthrough and warm-up
• Athletes released in waves at scheduled times
• Late arrivals placed in the next available wave
• Wave sizes are limited—early registration strongly encouraged

• Clearly marked stations and smooth transitions
