Pilgrim's Reckoning 2027

Pilgrim's Reckoning 2027 invites endurance runners to tackle the historic Bunyan Trail in Bedfordshire for an epic 81-mile circular route. Contestants have exactly 24 hours to complete this challenging yet runnable distance, navigating through rural paths and open countryside as marked by official Bunyan Way trail markers.
The course winds through picturesque villages and expansive landscapes, offering a mix of terrain that tests both physical endurance and navigation skills. Seven fully stocked aid stations are strategically placed along the route, ensuring participants have access to essential supplies throughout their journey. A drop-bag service is available at one designated station for those needing additional support items.
Medical assistance is provided continuously during the event to ensure safety, while live tracking keeps spectators informed about runners' progress in real-time. Upon crossing the finish line within the 24-hour limit, participants will receive a bespoke medal and an exclusive T-shirt commemorating their achievement.
Pilgrim's Reckoning offers a blend of self-reliance and structured support, embodying the spirit of classic British ultra-running on one of England’s most revered long-distance trails.
