Join Phoenix Running Cambridgeshire for the unique Snailed It race around Grafham Water, where every finisher is celebrated with an exclusive medal. The event features a 5.3km loop that you can complete as many times as you like within a six-hour window, starting anytime between 08:00 and 09:00 am (registration opens at 7:30 am).
The course follows tarmac cycle paths with just a small section of gravel, making it easy to navigate. With minimal elevation changes, the route is flat and fast, offering runners the opportunity to push their limits or enjoy a leisurely pace. The beauty of this event lies in its flexibility – you can decide on your distance as you go based on how you feel during the race.
Participants are encouraged to arrive early for registration and warm-up, but there's no pressure if you're running late. Once you cross the finish line at any point within the six-hour window, you'll be greeted with a bespoke medal celebrating your achievement.
