About the Event

Join Phoenix Running Cambridgeshire for the inaugural Farmyard event, Chicken Run, on April 4, 2027. This unique timed race offers flexibility with options ranging from 5km to an ultra distance, allowing runners to complete as many laps of the scenic 3.28-mile course around Regatta Meadow and Riverside Park in St Neots as they wish within a generous seven-hour window. The out-and-back route along the River Great Ouse features minimal elevation change, making it ideal for all abilities, from casual joggers to seasoned marathoners looking to push their limits.
Participants can start anytime between 7am and 2pm, eliminating any need to wait or rush. Each lap offers stunning views of the river and meadows, creating a picturesque backdrop as runners decide on the day how far they wish to go.
