PFW Running - The Bog Trotter 10k

Immerse yourself in the rugged beauty of Blackpool's countryside for an unforgettable trail running experience at our upcoming race. The course winds through the heart of Marton Mere nature reserve, offering scenic views and encounters with wildlife along Herons Reach golf course and Blackpool Zoo.
As you navigate the challenging terrain, expect to pass by iconic landmarks such as Stanley Park and catch glimpses of Blackpool Tower in the distance. This 10K loop is a mix of trail paths through the country park and short stretches on pavement, ensuring an engaging blend of surfaces for runners of all abilities.
Upon crossing the finish line, you'll be rewarded with a bespoke medal and post-race refreshments including sweet and savoury snacks, water, cordial, and Coke. The event adheres to UK Athletics rules under Trail Running Association Race Permit Number TBA, providing participants with a safe and well-organized race environment.
